Create and decorate your very own mosaic at The Higgins this Easter holiday
The Higgins Bedford museum and art gallery has lots of creative art and craft activities inspired by the upcoming ‘Round and Round the Garden’ exhibition.
This exhibition celebrates all things gardens and gardening, with works from major artists from the internationally renowned collection and members of the public invited to send in photos for the #BedfordLovesGardening display.
Tom Perrett, manager for Libraries and Culture, said:
“There’s a lot for kids and families to do and get involved with at our local museum and art gallery this Easter, with clay models, mosaic creation, pebble pals and the chance for kids to make their own set of wings. It’s also a great opportunity to come have a look around the new exhibitions opening in April, completely free.”
All workshops last an hour and are aimed at 5 to 13 year olds (not suitable for under 3’s).
